Outstanding Consignment Services Delivered by RenDel for us recently with our 2015 Keystone 5th Wheel! Dana, one of the RenDel owners, took the bull by the horns and made the whole process almost effortless for us. Within a three week period, Dana walked us through the process of posting the unit online for sale, finding a qualified buyer, managing the relationships between the us, the sellers, and out-of-town buyers, and drove the paperwork and the transaction itself. We've also had our maintenance & repair services done by RenDel for the past two years: Top Quality Service at reasonable prices. I am the owner of the motor home that this person is talking about. First off, NO one told them or even suggest they purchase airline tickets to fly down to Texas before they purchased the Motor Home. That was their decision. Yes they were told they would have first right of refusal and offered a down payment on the Motor home. They first agreed on 10% but later wanted to reduce down to 5%, which raised a red flag. They were suppose to call Dana back on 4/1 to confirm funding but never called. We had a buyer come in with CASH. My wife and I had been trying to sell the Motor Home for 6 months and this was the first time someone came in with the funds in hand. Based on that we agreed to the sale, I am sorry it didn't work out for the these people but not having funding in hand and basing it on the sale of house that could possibly not happen was not what I or Dana wanted to gamble on, when we had cash in hand. As for the mechanic issue I told the these buyers that the garage I had all the mechanical (Engine) work done on the Motor Home was 20 miles up the road and if they wanted they could contact them and have one of there mechanics check out the motor Home and give them a report at their cost. They decided not to do that. Dana told them they only have RV mechanics not auto mechanics on staff to check the drive train on the Motor Home. I had Rendel install the electric trailer brakes in the RV in the past and while the RV was on site they winterize it and I was totally satisfied with their work. It should be noted that Rendel RV is not a Motor Home dealer to my knowledge they have none on site unless on consignment and specializes in new 5th wheels and tow behind trailers, which they are a dealer. I would recommenced Dana (owner) and Rendel RV. - Robert

We traded a small travel trailer in for a larger rear living model. The salesman Jessie was very personable and easy to deal with. My wife and I initially stopped to just look due to no one else we have tried would trade ours and try to put us in a new one with out a down. All i can say is that was good because he said he could make it work so we tried and he did. The lien on the trade was paid off in less than 2 weeks and the plates were in already also. Very fast service. Dana the owner was very pleasant and finishing the deal was easy. Quality camper none of those smaller air conditioning systems. If i ever need another I will buy here again. - Kevin

They installed residential refrigerator in my motor home. To do the instalation, cabinets had to be modified. The cabinet modification and refrigerator installation was primarily done by David. Wow what a professional! I was kept on board at all times during the process. I am a repeat customer and will be again when i need more work done. - Dale

I would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to Rendel RV. We searched for over 6 months looking for the right RV to fit our needs. The staff are all informative of their inventory.
